PNP Personnel Clearance AdvisoryPlease be informed that pursuant to the meeting between the Sandiganbayan, Philippine National Police, National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), and Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), on July 21, 2021, the Sandiganbayan shall temporarily halt the acceptance and processing of Sandiganbayan clearances for PNP Personnel in the Second Level. REQUIREMENTS IN SECURING THE SANDIGANBAYAN CLEARANCE |

| 2. Picture 1 x 1 |
| 3. Processing fee of One Hundred (100) Pesos |
| 4. Affidavit of Denial if with Namesake |
| 5. NBI Clearance (should the applicant hava a namesake) |
Note: Please be advised that per information from the Philipine Postal Corporation, postal money order is not available while they are upgrading their system. In this connection, Judicial Records Division of the Sandiganbayan hereby informs the public that the current preferred method of payment for application of clearances by mail is through LBC PESO PACK only |
