His Excellency British Ambassador Stephen Lillie recently met with
Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Francisco H. Villaruz, Jr. to share
with the latter United Kingdom’s experience in fighting corruption.		                        MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDING JUSTICE

First and foremost, I wish to thank all of you who extended their congratulations to me as well as those who did not. (I think there is none) Indeed I was very touched and I could see on your faces a look of expectation... for the incoming bonus.

When one assumes the leadership of any organization, his first task to form a vision for the organization. Others call it a road map.


My vision for Sandiganbayan is that Sandiganbayan will be the  model premiere court in the Philippines.
